1. Data controller

BOUCLR is a product published by IKKI’S DIGITAL OÜ. For any question about your personal data or to exercise your rights, contact us through the form on the Contact page (bouclr.com/en/contact).

2. Data collected on this website

• Contact form: first name, last name, company, email address, phone number, subject of your request and message. This data is used to answer your request and, where it concerns our offers, to create the corresponding sales follow-up record.
• Newsletter signup: email address, used solely to send our communications, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time.
• ROI calculator: the values you enter are used for the displayed calculation; if you leave your contact details, they are handled as a contact request.
• Audience measurement: Google Analytics 4 is only loaded after your explicit consent (banner), with IP anonymisation. If you decline, no analytics tool is loaded.
• Technical cookie: a “bouclr_consent” cookie stores your consent choice for 12 months.

3. BOUCLR platform and Google sign-in

The BOUCLR platform lets its users sign in with their Google account (passwordless login). In that context we only receive your email address and basic Google profile information (name, picture), used exclusively to authenticate you and create your user account. We never receive your Google password.

When a client connects their own services to the platform (for example their Google Business Profile or other tools via OAuth), the data received from those services is used exclusively to provide the features requested by that client, on their own accounts. It is never sold, never used for advertising purposes, and never shared with third parties other than the technical processors required to operate the service.

BOUCLR’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke BOUCLR’s access to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Hosting and retention

Our services are hosted within the European Union (Hetzner servers, Germany). Contact requests are kept for the duration of the business relationship. Platform account data is kept for the duration of the contract, then deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
