BOUCLR is the continuous operational intelligence platform published by IKKI’S DIGITAL OÜ. It helps companies steer and continuously improve their operations, following a continuous-loop logic in which humans always remain in the decision loop.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the bouclr.com website (texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, structure, code) are the exclusive property of IKKI’S DIGITAL OÜ or are used under licence. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The names and trademarks “BOUCLR” and “IKKI’S DIGITAL” may not be used without written consent.

• Trade mark: “BOUCLR” (word mark) is filed with the EUIPO, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, under application no. 019397320, in the name of IKKI’S DIGITAL OÜ. A European Union trade mark covers all 27 member states.
• Source code and architecture: protected by copyright and time-stamped through an i-DEPOT with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP), no. 161605, in the name of Bernard Quenon trading as IKKI’S DIGITAL OÜ, valid until 17 July 2031.
• Software is not patentable under European law: protection rests on copyright, the i-DEPOT serving to establish the date of creation and anteriority.
