A true story: a base that was asleep
Over 100,000 customers. One question: how many stopped coming long ago? I read the figure twice.
A retailer, several stores, a base of over 100,000 customers. A fine house, one that runs well.
A single question
We asked a single question: among all these customers, how many have not come back to the store in a long time? I read the figure twice.
The vast majority of the base was asleep. In silence. Tens of thousands of people who knew the house, had loved it, and whom we had simply stopped looking at.
A sleeping customer is not a lost one
The good news: a dormant customer is not a lost customer. Many are only waiting for a sign, at the right moment, given the right attention. The same question applies at a distributor: how many accounts have ordered nothing for two financial years? Knowing which one to wake, when, and with what, is precisely where the recipe makes the difference. That is what BOUCLR’s anti-churn agent does.
