“Before, I was given figures. Now, I am given prepared work.” It may be the best definition of what we do.
Monday morning, in a store. The manager arrives, turns on the lights, prepares the opening. On her screen, not a forty-page report. A short list.
What is on the screen
Three customers to call back this week, with the reason for each. A selection to feature, because last week’s figures justify it. A follow-up to validate, or not. She decides.
Ten minutes. Everything is concrete, actionable, at her level of decision. She told me: “Before, I was given figures. Now, I am given prepared work.”
Preparing the work, not replacing it
The same screen exists at a distributor: three quotes to follow up, a customer whose volumes dropped without a word, a discount to renegotiate. It may be the best definition of what BOUCLR does. Not replace the work. Prepare it.
