The team that wins
It is never the strongest individual who wins. It is the collective that learns the fastest.
A winning team is not eleven talents on a pitch. It is a collective where each person knows what the others are doing, where one person’s mistake becomes everyone’s learning, where no one repeats the error the teammate beside them already paid for.
It is true in sport. It is true in business: the best teams I have seen were not the ones with the best individuals. They were the ones that talked to each other.
The principle applied to agents
That is precisely the principle of BOUCLR. Agents do not each work in their own corner: what one learns, recorded then anonymised, benefits all the others.
What wins, in the end
What wins is never the strongest individual. It is the collective that learns the fastest.
